To be able to view your PEN statment online you need to create a profile on our site by going to primaryeyestaging.com/user/register 
you will need to make sure you click the check box that says "I would like to view my PEN Statment Online" and fill in the new fields. Click the "Create new account" button. This will start the process to view your statment online. PEN will be verifying your account, this could take up to 2 business days.

 

 

 

 

 

You will be emailed to let you know you can now view your statment online. The next time you log into your account on the website you should see a new menu tab that says Members. There is a drop down tab that says Account. You will have to click on this to view your statment online. 

 

 

 

 

You will come to your Account page. You will be able to view your current and past statments from here. You can even download them.We are currently working on a system that will allow you to pay online. Look for that feature soon.
